We offer free standard shipping anywhere in Canada and also ship internationally across the world.

All in stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

For Custom items the expected completion date will appear on your order you will receive and will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

The client or purchaser is responsible for any duties, customs and/or taxes that may be charged by the local government and Cullinan Jewellers is not responsible for these charges so please check the rates ahead of time by calling your nearest customs and border control office.

All orders that are over $3000.00 CAN are shipped and insured through Fed-Ex first-day or second-day delivery. All orders under $3000.00 will be shipped based on the customers shipping preference, chosen at check out. These costs will be added to the total order price. Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Your package is fully insured by us the entire time until reaches your hands. Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for the package for it to be released.

Please note Cullinan Jewellers cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

Items bought online can also be arranged for in store pick up.
